The 120mm fans on Metal Boned K7, features high airflow in low RPM, these fans can cool the system down, with lower noise level. All the fans are 1000RPM.
There are special made anti-vibration HDD kit with rubber suspension. The rubber suspension absorb the vibration to reduce the noise.
There are anti-vibration spring on the chassis, to reduce the noise which cause by the vibration.
